Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Bar in The North Shore is Officially Open Serving Up Southern Comfort Dishes, Cold Drinks, and Live Music
PITTSBURGH, PA. (March 22, 2024) – Today, country superstar and Academy of Country Music Artist of the Decade, Jason Aldean, officially opened the third location of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar in downtown Pittsburgh. The 3X Entertainer of the Year personally launched his new bar with a surprise performance at the venue’s pre-opening celebration last night, with a set list that featured his #1 hits.
“Taking the stage for the first time, last night, at our new venue in a city and state with fans and friends I adore was incredibly humbling and totally awesome,” Aldean said. “We’re excited to welcome our neighbors in North Shore to a place where they can stay connected to country music, sit back and enjoy themselves with some of our favorite food and drinks.”
The venue, located at 393 North Shore Drive, is nearly 10,000 square feet and includes a live music stage, a main dining area, three bars, and an expansive outdoor patio, all offering southern comfort dishes. The menu, curated by Aldean in partnership with TC Restaurant Group’s Vice President of Culinary Development Chef Tomasz Wosiak, features hearty, family favorites from Jason’s childhood including “Jason’s Mac and Cheese” and “Grandma’s Pot Roast.”
Core to the experience is memorabilia hand-picked by Aldean that is showcased throughout the venue, including record plaques of his best-selling records like “Dirt Road Anthem,” “Any ‘Ol Barstool,” and “My Kinda Party.” The venue contains several picture-worthy moments for guests to engage and enjoy, including the venue’s centerpiece: John Deere 4020 Tractor Bar, an homage to the artist’s hit song “Big Green Tractor.”
The original Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Bar, located on historic Lower Broadway, has grown to be one of the top tourist destinations in Nashville. Its reputation for great food, drinks, and incredible live music lives up to Aldean’s name. Last year, Aldean opened his second location in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, immediately becoming a favorite destination in the Smoky Mountains.
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Bar is expected to bring 115 new jobs to the area. The newly renovated building is just blocks away from Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park, making it a perfect pre and post-game destination for all Pittsburgh sports fans.
